You can ask your local pharmacist to request your repeat prescriptions for you, if you prefer.

For clinical safety reasons we do not accept requests for prescriptions by telephone.

All prescriptions requested by 12pm will be available to collect by 5pm the same working day, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays (providing there are no queries or problems with medication) either at the surgery, or from the pharmacy you have nominated. Ask a question about your prescription

Use our online form and we will get back to you within 2 working days.

Please ensure that the review date on your current prescription has not expired. If it has, please make a telephone consultation with your usual GP or practice pharmacist. If you are unsure as to whether a review is needed, please make a telephone consultation.

If you have passed the medication review date without having your review you risk not being able to get your medications until the review is done. Please help the doctor to keep a check on your condition by contacting the surgery when requested.

The GP may need to contact you about your repeat prescription, please ensure that we have an up to date telephone number where we can contact you when you request a prescription.
